Our Story


A ten-week comprehensive food service skills training program that provides basic technical and hands-on instruction in a busy, operationally, competitive business. Students are provided with in-depth industry information so that they can obtain their Serv-Safe Certification. They are also given the opportunity to practice the skills that they have learned in a real working kitchen environment. The skills learned here can be applied to jobs in baking, grill cook, catering, food prep positions, kitchen helper and many other catagories. Once training is complete, students are assisted in finding suitable jobs in their chosen areas of interest.
