A ten-week comprehensive food service skills training program that provides basic technical and hands-on instruction in a busy, operationally, competitive business. Students are provided with in-depth industry information so that they can obtain their Serv-Safe Certification. They are also given the opportunity to practice the skills that they have learned in a real working kitchen environment. The skills learned here can be applied to jobs in baking, grill cook, catering, food prep positions, kitchen helper and many other catagories.
